We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order if:

  • The order is canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • The order hasn’t been shipped yet
  • Cancellations can be requested by email or WhatsApp

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7 working days. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
