Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely:

  • We deliver across India via leading courier partner Shiprocket.
  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation
  • Delivery Timeline: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping for all order across India.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Delays due to logistics, public holidays, or natural disruptions are outside our control, but we’ll keep you updated.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help:

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
  • Only size issues, defective or incorrect items are eligible for exchange
  • No returns accepted for discounted/sale items unless damaged
  • Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or as store credit

To initiate a return, email us at sales@startnow.co.in with your order number, reason, and photos (if defective). Our team will guide you through the process.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped

Payment and Pricing Policy

  • All prices on our website are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • UPI
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Net Banking
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

In case of pricing or typographical errors, StartNow reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order if:

  • The order is canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • The order hasn’t been shipped yet
  • Cancellations can be requested by email or WhatsApp

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7 working days. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Welcome to the StartNow “Refer & Earn” Program!
These terms govern how you can earn rewards by referring friends to shop with us.

How It Works

  • After your first purchase, you’ll receive a unique referral code.
  • Share this code with your friends via social media, WhatsApp, or email.
  • When a friend uses your code on their first purchase, they get ₹100 off, and you get ₹50 StartNow credit.

Referral Rewards

For You (the Referrer):

  • Earn ₹100 in StartNow credit for each successful referral.
  • A referral is considered successful when:
    • The referred customer places their first order using your code.
    • The order is not canceled or returned.

For Your Friends (the Referees):

  • ₹100 off their first purchase above ₹899 using your code.

Referral Credit Usage Policy

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse:

  • Credits can be used on purchases of ₹899 or more.
  • A maximum of ₹100 referral credit can be applied per order.
  • Referral credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Credits are valid for 60 days from the date they are issued.
  • Credits cannot be used on limited edition or sale items unless stated.

Fair Use & Fraud Prevention

  • Referral codes are for personal use only.
  • Multiple accounts created by the same person or household may result in disqualification.
  • Orders placed with the same device, payment method, or address may be flagged for review.
  • StartNow reserves the right to:
    • Withhold rewards for suspected abuse or fraud
    • Suspend referral privileges for any user found violating these terms

General Conditions

  • This program is only available in India.
  • StartNow may change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Referral credits do not hold any cash value and cannot be exchanged.
  • By participating, you agree to these terms and any decisions made by StartNow regarding the program.
